Genesis Desk is trading software. We are not a broker and are not authorised to give investment advice. Nothing in the software, on this website or in our communications is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, a trade signal, or an offer to manage your account. Charts, studies, news and calendar data are tools for your own analysis.

You are responsible for every order

Every order sent through Genesis Desk is your order, sent to your own broker account. That includes orders created by settings you choose, such as bracket templates, break-even and trailing rules, scale-out, flatten and reverse, and copy trading from a leader account to follower accounts. Check order size, instrument, side and bracket levels before you trade, and check that the right accounts are selected for copying. A setting that is wrong will be applied to every account it covers.

Connectivity, data and platform outages

• The software depends on your computer, your internet connection, your broker's platform and its market data. Any of these can fail, slow down or disconnect.
• Orders may be delayed, rejected, partly filled or filled at prices different from those displayed. Copied orders on follower accounts may fill at different prices or times from the leader, or not at all.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Volume profile, TPO, heatmap and P&L figures are calculated from that data and may differ from your broker's records. Your broker's statements are the record that counts.
• If the app closes or loses its connection, resting orders held at your broker may remain working, while protective logic run by the app may stop. Know how to manage your positions directly with your broker.

Simulated and evaluation accounts

Results on simulated, demo or evaluation accounts do not reflect real trading. They may not account for slippage, liquidity or the effect of real orders on the market. Evaluation and funded-account programmes are run by third parties under their own rules; using Genesis Desk does not make it more likely that you pass or remain within those rules, and you are responsible for following them.

Software provided as is

The software is in beta and is provided "as is". It may contain errors. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

Past performance

Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not a reliable indicator of future results.
